How to automatically communicate your transport guides
How to activate automatic communication of Transport Documents?
 
THIS FEATURE IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE EXCLUSIVE PLUS(+) PLAN
 
Under Configuration → Settings → Tax Authority, in weoInvoice, in the Automatic Communication via Webservice section, select the 'Transport Documents' option and enter the username and password created for this purpose in the Finance Portal:
 
 

To create a user on the Finance Portal and provide the necessary credentials to sue the Webservice, you must log in to the Finance Portal, access this link and:
 
1. Click the 'CREATE NEW USER' button.
2. Fill in the fields as shown in the image bellow, paying special attention to the Username, Password, and selection of the WDT Operation Authorization - Webservice for communicating transport documents.
 


 
3. Click the 'SUBMIT' button.
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to view the results of the automatic communication?
 
The invoice list will now contain information on the document communication status, allowing to monitor the success or failure of the document registration automatically performed by weoInvoice on the Finance Portal.

 

Each document will also have, individually, the result desplayed at the top of it:
 

 
The record of all communications made with the Tax Authority Webservice, within the scope of the transport document communication, will be available in the 'View communication history' option.
 
 
 
What to do in case of an error?
 
If the communication results in an error, you can use the 'View communication history' option (see previous information) to see the reason why the transport note elements were not successfully registered in the Finance Portal.
 
In such case, you should correct the error and select the 'Communicate to Tax Authority' option, so that weoInvoice can retry communicating the transport document via Webservice.
