How to communicate your billing series
The ATCUD Solution in weoInvoice
 
 
How is series communication carried out?
 
In the menu Configuration > Series, you can view the available series:
 
 
  • Manual Series Communication:
Manuel series communication is done by clicking on the icon highlighted in the image above with a red circle, to access the series information.
You should then enter the validation code obtained from the e-fatura portal, corresponding to each desired document type, and save the information by clicking the 'Save' button.
 
 
 
To obtain the series validation code, you must log in to the Tax Authority Portal and access this link.
 
Then click the 'SERIES COMMUNICATION' button, where you will see the list of currently available series.
For exemple, to obtain the validation code for series '2022'  for the document type 'Invoice', you must:
 
1. Click on the 'REGISTER' button in the 'Register Series' section.
2. Fill in the fields as shown in the image below, paying special attention to the Series Name, Document Type, and entering the Certificate Number: 1137 (weoInvoice's certification number with the Tax Authority).
 
 
3. The validation code obtained in this process should then be entered in the weoInvoice series management section, in the corresponding document type field.

 
 
How is the ATCUD obtained and where is it visible?
 
Once the required configuration, detailed above, is successfully completed, the ATCUD becomes automatically available when you close the document.
