Whether you’re already a Shopify user or thinking about building your own store on the platform, weoInvoice is now available for integration, providing you with a billing software certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority to automatically issue invoices for your online sales.
How does the integration work?
weoInvoice now offers an integration via a Shopify app, which is easy to install and configure, allowing you to automatically invoice sales from your online store.
Once the integration is set up, all sales made through Shopify, once paid, will automatically generate a certified invoice in your weoInvoice account, including your customer’s details, the items sold, and the applied VAT—all based on the information generated in Shopify.
This process ensures that you meet all the legal requirements of the Tax Authority regarding invoicing, without spending extra time transferring data manually between systems, while avoiding billing errors.
Who can use the integration?
To take advantage of the integration, you just need to have an active account both in weoInvoice and Shopify.
