Interface
The weoCRM module adds lead acquisition and customer management features to your account. With this module, you’ll have access to Lead and Opportunity management, allowing you to convert them into customers. You’ll also have a user-specific Calendar to log events related to Leads, Opportunities, and Customers, with the ability to assign participating users.
Leads
A Lead is the process of converting a stranger into a known contact through content production, encouraging them to voluntarily provide their data. It can be updated as you interact with potential customers until it is converted into an Opportunity.
Opportunities
An Opportunity is the conversion of a Lead into a potential final customer. At this stage, you can manage customer acquisition activities, assign a project value, estimate the probability of closing, and track the negotiation stage.
Activities
You can create different types of activities, keeping a historical record of your customer acquisition progress.
Calendar
All created activities will be visible on your calendar for better task tracking.
Settings
The client record displays all information about the client, including Identification, Contacts, issued documents like Invoices and Receipts, Current Account, and Scheduling.
Current Account
In the Current Account, you’ll have a full view of the client’s outstanding documents. This is where you issue receipts by selecting and confirming payment of the relevant document(s).
Interface
Create a supplier database similar to your client database. Use it to track expenses related to purchases and associate suppliers with your sales items.
Requisitions
Use requisitions to record purchase requests made to suppliers. Track item acquisition costs, keep a record for purchase verification, and compare supplier pricing history.
Purchases
Convert a requisition into a Purchase, representing the supplier’s invoice and items you actually acquired. These purchases represent your actual expenses and can be converted into Return Notes, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
Current Account
The supplier’s current account works similarly to the client file, listing outstanding (unpaid) documents. When settling purchase documents, payment notes equivalent to supplier receipts are generated.
