Subscription to any service confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed here in addition to the weoInvoice Usage License.
Domain and Hosting
The system will remain hosted on the same server where weoInvoice is located.
The client can enjoy the customized system at a specific weoInvoice address or access it through a specific domain they want to use (e.g.: weoinvoice.yourcompany.com).
Payment
All payments or payment renewals are made considering the annual usage cycle (January 1 to December 31).
The calculation unit is the month.
Clients with new subscriptions will pay for subscribed services from the beginning of the current month until December 31 of the current year, except if subscribed after September 1. In that case, the first cycle will be from the subscription date until December 31 of the following year.
Service renewals for the following year occur between December 1 and December 31 of each year.
Non-renewal of the service implies account suspension and respective subscribed service.
Late service renewal has an additional cost of 25.00€.
All values presented in this document are subject to VAT at the legal rate in force.
Non-Renewal, Withdrawal or Cancellation
The weoLogo, weoPrint and weoCRM modules can be canceled and removed from an account at the end of each annual cycle.
The weoStock modules, the Exclusive plan and respective extensions cannot be canceled and removed from an account, as they involve functionalities, data structures and respective data that, as they are communicated to AT, cannot be deleted or disabled. Non-renewal of these services implies account cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your account, you will have 7 days of access to it in order to retrieve all relevant information and data. After this period, the account is permanently deleted.
Implementation Period
Depending on the complexity of the required customization, the solution is made available immediately or by setting an implementation period, after payment or payment confirmation.
Support
Support and customer assistance in using the system will be provided through the same means made available by weoInvoice, indicated at www.weoinvoice.com.
